Fusion-scans always recruit new bloods. We originated from a team of newbies, so we welcome anyone would like to help out. Don't hesitate, apply and help. Hi-Quality scanlation doesn't bite.

Here's a rundown of what each position do.

1. Translator:

- Translate the RAWs from whatever languages to English.

- Take the consult from QCers/Proofreaders to ensure the highest quality of translator.

2. Typesetter:

- Clean the Japanese texts in bubbles.

- Level. 

- Choose the appropriate fonts. 

- Put in the English script into the bubbles and typeset SFX.

3. Editor:

- Level.

- Edit + redraw to the finest details.

4. Proofreader:

- The only normal position with requirement: English.

- Check the QCed scripts for errors and grammar mistakes.

- It's a bonus if you know Kana.

5. QCer:

- The big bad boss.

-  Requirement:

+ Know basic Japanese: able to look up dictionary, can read Kana+basic Kanji.

+ Excel in typesetting and/or editing. Basic level for the latter.

+ Good at communication in English.

+ Ability to organise and motivate the team.
